As part of the Corporate Finance lecture, we welcomed Prof. Dr. Dirk Dreyer (Executive Director, Financial Sponsor Coverage, LBBW) and Leon Kress to give a guest lecture on private equity, using TeamViewer SE as a practical example.

The guest lecture provided students with an excellent opportunity to connect the concepts and content from the lecture with real-life decisions and market reactions, using a case study.
