The Finance Major
The Finance major aims for imparting the central models for decision making and concepts relevant financial management from an accentuated capital markets oriented perspective.
Besides questions concerning the optimization of financing and investment decisions as well as risk management from the view of decision makers in enterprises, the interaction between the capital market and its vital participants is examined, supplemented by market-external stakeholder groups.
Methodically, the lectures incoporate an integrated approach, with which the knowledge of relevant financial models is acquired and its transfer to the management of vital fields of activities and problems of the financial management is practiced.
