Software Campus

BMFTR programme for promoting future IT managers

We train tomorrow's leaders. Doctoral students in computer science conduct research projects as project managers in collaboration with a company, acquire new knowledge about management and leadership in training courses, and receive mentoring from experienced managers. In this way, they prepare themselves for leadership positions or starting their own business.

All about talents, Software Campus

The Software Campus is a BMFTR programme that aims to train doctoral students to become the leaders of tomorrow. As part of a two-year programme, participants independently lead research projects in collaboration with companies in order to gain management and leadership experience. In addition, they expand their knowledge through special training courses and benefit from the support of experienced mentors. This practice-oriented concept prepares them specifically for management positions or starting their own business.
