On Monday, July 15th, 2024, we welcomed a special guest as part of our Investment Management lecture: Standing in for Jan Schwarz, Dr. Daniel Schmidt (Treasury Department, Kreissparkasse Böblingen) gave a guest lecture for our students.
Dr. Schmidt illustrated how the theoretical concepts taught in the lecture are applied in practice. He showed how important these topics are for a regional bank like Kreissparkasse Böblingen and how relevant they are for its treasury.
It was an interesting opportunity for our students to ask questions and actively participate in the discussion.
