ERP-BI-Laboratory

The ERP BI laboratory of the chairs for business informatics, financed by tuition fees, was established in 2008. There are currently 15 high-quality workstations as well as 2 high-performance application servers, an infrastructure server and numerous applications in the areas of ERP and BI

The areas of application of the ERP BI laboratory are:

  • Conducting certification events for students, which can be financed by tuition fees, among other things
  • Provision of infrastructure for courses
  • Provision of common ERP and BI applications with case studies and test data for cross-institute seminars, business games, experiments and theses

By focusing on the support of small group forms of teaching and the high degree of independence from manufacturers and products, it nevertheless enables both intensive and broad training of the students. The laboratory is available for BWI and IVR events.
