Our research is consistently practice-oriented in that we examine issues relevant to business practice, derive implications for marketing management and make our results available to the business world. In doing so, we focus primarily on our key research areas of Customer Experience (Management), Digital Marketing & Sales as well as Product & Innovation Marketing.
