For her excellent master thesis on "Tweeting Top Managers - An Empirical Analysis of the Relationship between the Communication Style of Male and Female Top Managers and Social Media Engagement", Marla-Sophie Schmid received the Artur Fischer Award in the category "Marketing and Innovative, Forward-Looking Business Models". Prof. Dr. Michael Oesterle, dean of the faculty 10 at Universität Stuttgart, handed over the award, which is endowed with 3,000€!
Under the supervision of Christina Kühnl, Marla investigated whether and how the communication style differs between male and female top managers and in how far this affects social media engagement.
