Dr Moritz Ziegler (Trumpf SE) will hold a voluntary course “Performance in Operations Management” for students to attend. It will take place on Fridays in M17.11 and the topics are
- 09.05. – Introduction to controlling and finance, and their relationship to operations
- 16.05. – Managing production networks and working capital
- 23.05. – Controlling of purchasing and supplies
- 06.06. – tbd; short presentations by students
Students can get a certificate for attendance and for giving a short presentation.
